Turning Pain Into Purpose, and Uncertainty Into Strength
Life has a way of presenting us with unexpected grief, loss, and pain—alongside a wide range of emotions that can leave us feeling alone, overwhelmed, lost, or even scared. Therapy offers a supportive and non-judgmental space to help you process those emotions, restore hope, and develop effective coping strategies as you navigate life’s difficult transitions. I view therapy as a collaborative journey. Together, we’ll set meaningful goals tailored to your needs, work through challenges, and tap into your own inner strength. My aim is to support you in reaching your full potential and finding clarity and resilience, even during life’s most uncertain moments.
I work with a diverse range of patient's facing a variety of challenges, and I have a particular passion for supporting individuals navigating anxiety and depression during the perinatal period, including postpartum depression & anxiety. I also work with patients dealing with the everyday impacts of anxiety and depression, relational struggles and OCD.
I have been in the mental health field since 1994, working in a variety of settings. I work with adults, and families.
Available for Saturday appointments, please call to see if I am currently accepting new patients. I offer online video appointments from the comfort of your home via Teletherapy, ask for details.
